Working Conditions
- Working Days and Hours: 6 days a week, 4 hours per day (shift system)
Some positions may require 5 hours per day (17:30 start, 22:30 end) - Shift Types: Full-time, part-time, and temporary staff
- Shift Scheduling Method:
- Submit shift requests 1 month in advance
- Notify basic shifts 2 weeks in advance
- Finalize shifts for the week every Sunday considering any changes requested
- Break Time: A 30-minute break must be taken during each shift (adjusted based on working hours).
- Overtime: Overtime pay will be provided for work exceeding legal working hours.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Payment Method: Bank transfer, payment date (25th of every month)

Rules and Regulations
Regulations on Lateness and Absence:
- Notify lateness at least 90 minutes before the start time
- Notify absence by the previous day
Prohibited Conduct:
- Acts that make customers or other staff uncomfortable. Drinking, smoking, using mobile phones, abusive language, and inappropriate behavior
Penalty Regulations:
- Penalties for Lateness and Absence:
- Half of the hourly wage for that day will be deducted for lateness without proper notice
- Half of the hourly wage for the next working day will be deducted for absence without proper notice
- Dismissal if there are 7 instances of lateness or 3 instances of absence without notice in one month
- Penalties for Prohibited Conduct:
- First offense: verbal warning
- Second offense: written warning
- Third offense: dismissal
- Immediate dismissal for drinking or smoking during work
- For using mobile phones during work: verbal warning (first offense), half-day wage deduction (second offense), dismissal (third offense)
- Immediate dismissal for abusive language or violent behavior
- Other Penalties:
- For serious neglect of duties: verbal warning (first offense), written warning (second offense), dismissal (third offense)
- Immediate dismissal for actions that damage the company's reputation or credibility
Safety and Health
- Labor Safety and Health Regulations: Daily hygiene checks, regular safety training, workplace environment improvements (regular ventilation, thorough cleaning)

Training and Education
